FLUTE LESSONS
Through my many years of experience teaching at universities and masterclasses, I have developed a passion not only for music but also for teaching. I particularly love the "workshop approach" in flute lessons, as it helps young flutists on their way to a professional carreer develop their practical skills and translate musical ideas into practice. Thanks to my specialization in the field of yoga, I also place special emphasis on body awareness and the resonance of sound during performance. I teach regularly and look forward to sharing my knowledge and experience with students to support them on their musical journey.

As a yoga teacher, meditation leader, and breathwork coach, I offer dynamic and invigorating sessions designed to foster inner strength, flexibility, and authenticity.
It’s important to me that participants experience the full potential of their bodies. I don’t use terms like “developing” or “improving” to describe my work, as these processes happen naturally with consistent practice. For me, it’s about creating a deeper connection with oneself.
By combining yoga, meditation, and breathwork, I provide a safe and highly discreet space.

MEDITATION
Meditation is very popular right now – yet many people struggle to find a truly relaxed approach to it. Here, you’ll get a gentle introduction to the practice – from yoga traditions to modern mindfulness techniques.
Each session lasts about 25 minutes and has its own unique focus.
I’ll show you simple techniques to sit comfortably for longer, share practical tips for releasing tension in your spine, and guide you mindfully and calmly through the sessions – all with heart and a touch of humor. :)
